We are a welcoming community for all who are interested in understanding the neurodivergent experience. "NeuroComplex" refers to those with formally and informally identified ADHD, autism, giftedness, learning differences, Tourette's, highly sensitive people, and those with other sensory processing sensitivities.There will be open space to share, and we'll dive in to a topic the group wants to explore further.

In our time together, we'll swap stories and share strategies!

Come as you are, camera on or off, speak or just observe. The hope is that you’ll leave feeling connected, seen, supported, and inspired.
